1) Risk assessment of cognitive impairment in the elderly<\/p>\n

Aging good does not consist in the denial and rejection of the inevitable physical deterioration but in the ability to offset it on the floor, cognitive and emotional. The elderly, for reasons related to the aging process and intercurrent diseases, may become more vulnerable, and many conditions can alter the body's psycho-physical balance.
The risk assessment of cognitive relies on various scales for assessing the cognitive status of the elderly, which help the professionals to have a precise biological and clinical profile, allowing them to act quickly to improve their physical and psychological.<\/p>\n

2) Work on the problems (fragility) clinical elder<\/p>\n

 Seniority is one of the stages of life, and as in each step, we are of the fragility related to advancing age. A multi-dimensional evaluation and multidisciplinary approach will be observed and identified in the vulnerability of the individual elder, considering its limitations and resources, defining its care needs, and, finally, developing a program to provide comprehensive care to adapt the interventions to those in need.<\/p>\n

3) Training cognitive enhancement in the elderly<\/p>\n

That is training designed to increase the potential already present in every elder.
Cognitive enhancement increases the mental functions of the elderly, improves their use, and increases the possibility of successful aging. Even with advancing age, you can benefit from cognitive enhancement.
